- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, beat the two eggs until well mixed.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is completely coated.
- Roll the egg-coated chicken breasts in the Parmesan mixture until fully covered.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Once hot, place the coated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
