- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and cocoa powder. Mix well.
- Add the honey or maple syrup and nut butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully combined and a dough forms.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the rolled protein balls on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
