Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-carb ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup erythritol (or another low-carb sweetener)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the low-carb ketchup and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the erythritol, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  3. Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper according to your preference. Adjust sweetness with more erythritol if desired.
  4. Transfer the sauce into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Once the sauce has thickened slightly, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
  6. Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
