- 1 cup low-carb ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup erythritol (or another low-carb sweetener)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the low-carb ketchup and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until well blended.
- Add the erythritol, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper according to your preference. Adjust sweetness with more erythritol if desired.
- Transfer the sauce into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Once the sauce has thickened slightly, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
- Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
