Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol (or your favorite low-carb sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and melted butter. Beat them together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the erythritol, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment paper. Cut into squares.
