- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay out four pieces of aluminum foil, approximately 12×12 inches each.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place an equal amount of asparagus in the center of each piece of foil.
- Place a salmon fillet on top of the asparagus in each foil pack.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture generously over the salmon and asparagus.
- Top each salmon fillet with a lemon slice and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon and asparagus, creating a sealed packet.
- Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully open the foil packets to avoid steam, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

- This recipe can easily be doubled for more servings.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
- To check for doneness, the salmon should reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
