Description

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the tofu to the skillet with the vegetables.
  7. Pour the soy sauce over the tofu and vegetables, stirring to coat them evenly.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  9. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
