- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup pork rinds, crushed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, crushed pork rinds, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- After coating with the eggs, roll the fish fillet in the almond flour mixture until completely covered.
- Carefully place the coated fish fillets into the hot oil.
- Fry the fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the fish from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
