Instructions

Step1: Prepare the Sauce

Begin by melting butter an over-heated saucepan. Add the minced garlic as well as diced onion, cook until golden. After that, add flour and stir to make the Roux. Gradually add milk, constantly whisking to prevent lumps. Add salt pepper, salt, and some cinnamon. Then simmer it until it gets thicker.

Step2: Cook the Seafood

In a separate skillet, cook the scallops and shrimp until they are just opaque. Remove from the heat and mix in crab meat. Season as desired.

Step3: Assemble the Lasagna

in a casserole dish place a thin layer of sauce. Followed by lasagna noodles. Layer the seafood with ricotta, then a mixture consisting of mozzarella as well as Parmesan. Repeat the layers, and finish with cheese as a topping.

Step4: Bake It

Bake at 350°F (175degC). Wrap the lasagna in aluminum foil, and cook for about 25 minutes. The lasagna is then removed from the oven and baked for an additional 10 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Make sure that the seafood is fresh to get the greatest taste.
  • To get a more creamy texture, you can mix some cream cheese in the ricotta.
