Description
A creamy and delicious low-carb, high-protein strawberry ice cream made using the Ninja Creami.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
- 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice (erythritol or stevia)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring not to fill beyond the fill line.
- Freeze the container for at least 24 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
- Place the frozen container into the Ninja Creami machine and select the ‘ice cream’ function.
- After processing, check the texture and repeat the processing step if a creamier consistency is desired.
- Scoop the ice cream into bowls and serve immediately or store in the freezer.
Notes
- Make sure to use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust the sweetener based on your taste preference.
- You can substitute the almond milk with other non-dairy milk if desired.
