- 1½ tablespoons dry Ranch seasoning
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 9-ounce package deli turkey (approximately 9–12 slices)
- ½ cup cooked bacon, chopped (about 6–8 strips)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and dry Ranch seasoning. Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until well incorporated.
- Fold in half of the chopped bacon, reserving the rest for topping.
- Lay out the low-carb tortillas on a clean work surface.
- Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.
- Layer 2-3 slices of turkey evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining bacon pieces over the top.
- Tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the plastic wrap and use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
