- 2 large eggs

- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese for about 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
- Add melted cheese to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add the eggs to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared sheet pan and spread it evenly to form a pizza crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly on top.
- Sprinkle the pepperoni slices over the sauce, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.
