Description

Keto Moroccan Spiced Lamb Meatballs are a bold flavor sensation that fits perfectly into your low-carb lifestyle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You can use your hands for better mixing.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. While the skillet heats up, shape the lamb mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and fully cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
  7. Serve the meatballs warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired, alongside your favorite low-carb dipping sauce or salad.

Notes

  • Adjust the cayenne pepper to control the spice level.
  • These meatballs are great for meal prep – they can be frozen for later use!
