- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add broccoli florets. Blanch for about 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and shred the chicken.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a large casserole dish, combine the shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, and the creamy cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
