A delicious and easy-to-make Inside Out Egg Roll in a Bowl that captures all the flavors of traditional egg rolls without the hassle of wrapping.

- 1 pound ground pork or chicken
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground pork or chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ground ginger. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet and stir well to combine with the meat and onion mixture.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the coleslaw is wilted.
- Remove from heat and stir in sliced green onions.
- If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
