Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, melted coconut oil, and warm water until fully combined.
