- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup warm water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, melted coconut oil, and warm water until fully combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice the bread and serve as desired.
