Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: chopped onions or bell peppers for added flavor
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add in the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and shredded cheddar cheese.
- If using, add the chopped onions or bell peppers to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or quiche pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is slightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- This quiche can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to substitute the cheese with your favorite type.
- Add different vegetables for variations, like mushrooms or zucchini.
