Description

Keto Naan Bread is a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional naan, perfect for accompanying your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough begins to form.
  4. Add the melted butter or olive oil and continue mixing until you achieve a smooth, cohesive dough.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat disc, about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the skillet and keep warm while you cook the remaining pieces.
  8. Serve warm, optionally brushed with more melted butter or sprinkled with herbs.

Notes

  • Store any leftover naan in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • These can be frozen, just reheat before serving.
