- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and brown them on both sides for about 5 minutes each.
- Remove the browned chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until cheese is melted.
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, making sure they are coated in the sauce.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish the dish with fresh basil before serving.
