- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and erythritol. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the almond flour to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
