A creamy and delicious Keto Chicken Alfredo made in a slow cooker, perfect for a low-carb meal.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a slow cooker, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Place the seared chicken breasts into the slow cooker and coat them with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once done, shred the chicken in the sauce using two forks to create a creamy texture.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

- This recipe can be made in a crockpot for convenience.
