A simple and healthy flatbread made with just two ingredients: cottage cheese and whole wheat flour.

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and salt. Mix until well blended.
- Gradually add the whole wheat flour to the cottage cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface. Knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until the dough is smooth.
- Divide the dough into smaller portions, depending on the desired size of the flatbreads.
- Roll each portion into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one rolled flatbread into the skillet.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Repeat the cooking process for the remaining flatbreads.
Notes
- This flatbread is best served warm.
- Can be paired with various dips and spreads.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
