Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of all dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
- Add the melted coconut oil or butter and apple cider vinegar to the eggs, whisking until well combined.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
