Description

Almond Flour Bread is a delicious option for those following a low-carb, gluten-free, or paleo diet. This bread is easy to make and offers a great alternative for sandwiches or toasted with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of all dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
  4. Add the melted coconut oil or butter and apple cider vinegar to the eggs, whisking until well combined.
  5. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
  6. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
