- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Grate the zucchinis and place them in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated zucchini.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Place the fritters in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the fritters for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fritters from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to squeeze out as much moisture from the zucchini as possible for crispier fritters.
