A delicious sandwich made with zucchini, ham, and cheese, perfect for a quick lunch or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of cheese (preferably gouda or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the zucchini slices and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, until tender.
- While the zucchini cooks, place one slice of bread in the pan and put a slice of cheese on top.
- Add the slices of ham and then the cooked zucchini over the ham.
- Cover with another slice of cheese and then with the second slice of bread.
- Grill the sandwich in the pan for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.
- Remove the sandwich from the pan and let it cool for a minute before cutting it in half.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding your favorite herbs or spices.
- You can substitute the ham with turkey or chicken if desired.
