Description
Texas Trash Dip is a perfect party snack or game day favorite! It’s cheesy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the refried beans and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Add the taco seasoning to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- Spread the bean and cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of a large serving dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the salsa, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spoon the salsa mixture over the refried bean layer in the serving dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of the salsa layer.
- Garnish with sliced black olives and chopped green onions.
- Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or veggie sticks for dipping.
Notes
- Refrigerating the dip allows the flavors to meld together.
- This dip can be prepared a day in advance.
