  2. Slice each jalapeno pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeno half, ensuring they are generously filled.
  5. Place the filled jalapeno halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
