- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, and powdered erythritol. Mix well until fully combined.
- Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
Notes
