Description

A rich and creamy no-bake chocolate lasagna layered with chocolate graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and chocolate pudding.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) chocolate graham crackers
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for a few minutes until it thickens.
  4. Begin assembling the lasagna: In a 9×13 inch dish, arrange a layer of chocolate graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Layer half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Repeat the layers: add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture, and then the remaining chocolate pudding mixture.
  8. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers on top. You can sprinkle chocolate chips or cocoa powder for garnish if desired.
  9. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  10. When ready to serve, cut into squares and enjoy!
