- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for a few minutes until it thickens.
- Begin assembling the lasagna: In a 9×13 inch dish, arrange a layer of chocolate graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out evenly.
- Layer half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers: add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture, and then the remaining chocolate pudding mixture.
- Finish with a final layer of graham crackers on top. You can sprinkle chocolate chips or cocoa powder for garnish if desired.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- When ready to serve, cut into squares and enjoy!
