Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and erythritol, mixing thoroughly to ensure there are no lumps.
- Add in the melted butter and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in diced strawberries and lemon zest until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
