- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the melted butter and the egg to the dry ingredients, mixing well until a dough forms.
- Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
