Keto Naan Bread

  • Total Time: 25
  • Yield: 4 1x
  • Diet: Gluten Free

Description

Keto Naan Bread is a low-carb alternative to traditional naan, perfect for pairing with various dishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil and eggs until fully combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If the dough seems too dry, add water a teaspoon at a time until it reaches a workable consistency.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a round flatbread.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with olive oil if necessary.
  6. Cook each naan for about 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the skillet and keep warm while cooking the remaining naans.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly dishes or dips.

Notes

  • Ensure the skillet is hot enough before cooking to get a nice golden color.
  • Store leftover naan in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
