Description
Keto Naan Bread is a low-carb alternative to traditional naan, perfect for pairing with various dishes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- Water as needed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil and eggs until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If the dough seems too dry, add water a teaspoon at a time until it reaches a workable consistency.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a round flatbread.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with olive oil if necessary.
- Cook each naan for about 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and keep warm while cooking the remaining naans.
- Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly dishes or dips.
Notes
- Ensure the skillet is hot enough before cooking to get a nice golden color.
- Store leftover naan in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
