- 4 cod fillets
- 1/4 cup all-purpose almond flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons capers

Instructions
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Spread the almond flour on a plate and coat each cod fillet evenly with the flour.

- Return the cod fillets to the skillet, spooning the lemon butter sauce over each fillet. Cook for an additional minute to warm through.
