Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
