Cloud Bread Pizza is a delicious, low-carb alternative that satisfies pizza cravings without the guilt. The fluffy cloud bread base is perfect for holding your favorite toppings.

- 3 large eggs
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Optional toppings: tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Place the egg whites in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, blend the egg yolks, cream cheese, baking powder, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk and cream cheese mixture until there are no streaks. Be careful not to deflate the egg whites.
- Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming round shapes as desired for your pizza base.
- Bake the cloud bread in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- If desired, top each cloud bread base with tomato sauce, cheese, and your choice of toppings.
- Return the topped pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
