Description

Cloud Bread Pizza is a delicious, low-carb alternative that satisfies pizza cravings without the guilt. The fluffy cloud bread base is perfect for holding your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional toppings: tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Place the egg whites in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the egg yolks, cream cheese, baking powder, and salt until smooth and well combined.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk and cream cheese mixture until there are no streaks. Be careful not to deflate the egg whites.
  5. Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming round shapes as desired for your pizza base.
  6. Bake the cloud bread in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. If desired, top each cloud bread base with tomato sauce, cheese, and your choice of toppings.
  9. Return the topped pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
