Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil.
- Add the balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Drizzle extra balsamic vinegar before serving for more flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
