- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

- In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- In another shallow dish, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Then, coat each piece in the almond flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle Caesar dressing over the top of each cutlet.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to warm the dressing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the chicken breasts are evenly coated for the best flavor.
- Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
- For a lighter version, reduce the amount of Caesar dressing used.
