- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, and baking powder. Mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Use your hands to shape the dough into small circles or rectangles and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
