Keto Cheddar Biscuits are a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional bread, bursting with cheesy flavor.

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until well incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and heavy cream.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
- Optionally, sprinkle black pepper and chopped parsley on top of each biscuit.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Remove the biscuits from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
