Description

Keto Cheddar Biscuits are a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional bread, bursting with cheesy flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until well incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and heavy cream.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle black pepper and chopped parsley on top of each biscuit.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  9. Remove the biscuits from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
