Keto Avocado Brownies are delicious, fudgy, and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without the carbs!


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Low-carb sweetener to taste
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in the almond flour and cocoa powder, mixing until combined.
  4. Stir in a low-carb sweetener to taste, and add 2 large eggs. Mix until the batter is well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
