- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Low-carb sweetener to taste
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the almond flour and cocoa powder, mixing until combined.
- Stir in a low-carb sweetener to taste, and add 2 large eggs. Mix until the batter is well combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter brownie, adjust the amount of sweetener to your preference.
- These brownies are gluten-free and low-carb.
