- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, rolled oats, diced onion, shredded carrots, and chopped parsley.
- Add the minced garlic, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
- Mix everything together until well combined. You can use your hands or a spatula for the best results.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf for added flavor.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm, accompanied by your favorite sides.
