  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, rolled oats, diced onion, shredded carrots, and chopped parsley.
  3. Add the minced garlic, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined. You can use your hands or a spatula for the best results.
  5. Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  6. Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf for added flavor.
