Instructions
- Cut each avocado in half lengthwise around the pit. Twist the halves to separate them. Remove the pit and scoop the avocado flesh into a medium mixing bowl.
- Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
- Add the lemon juice immediately after mashing. Fold in minced green onions and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
