Instructions

  1. Cut each avocado in half lengthwise around the pit. Twist the halves to separate them. Remove the pit and scoop the avocado flesh into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
  3. Add the lemon juice immediately after mashing. Fold in minced green onions and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
