Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. If desired, add sweetener to taste, mixing it in until evenly distributed.
