Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon or a piping bag, dollop small portions of the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
- Place a few mixed berries on top of each dollop of yogurt.
- Freeze the baking sheet for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt bites are firm.
- Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt bites from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
