Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a spoon or a piping bag, dollop small portions of the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
  4. Place a few mixed berries on top of each dollop of yogurt.
  5. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt bites are firm.
  6. Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt bites from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
