- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and eggs until fully combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
