Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, placing them in two different bowls.
  3. Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. In the bowl with the egg yolks, mix in the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder until well combined.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.
  6. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming two or three round crusts.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crusts are set and slightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the toppings are melted and bubbly.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
