- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, placing them in two different bowls.
- Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
- In the bowl with the egg yolks, mix in the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming two or three round crusts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crusts are set and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the toppings are melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.
