Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the cheese mixture and gently drop it into the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon to form chips.
  4. Fry the chips for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chips from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  6. Continue frying the remaining mixture until all chips are cooked.
  7. Serve the crispy cottage cheese chips warm, with your favorite dip or snack on their own.
