A simple and healthy flatbread made with cottage cheese that is perfect for snacks or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Water, as needed
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. If using garlic powder, add it at this stage.
- Mix the ingredients until they form a dough. If the mixture is too dry, add water, one tablespoon at a time, until it comes together.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
- Roll each ball into a flat circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place one flatbread in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining flatbreads.
- Serve warm, topped with your favorite dips or as a side with meals.
Notes
- If the flatbread is too dry while mixing, add water gradually.
