Description

Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a delicious, spicy meal perfect for lunch or dinner!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Take one tortilla and spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center.
  3. On top of the ranch, add a generous scoop of the buffalo chicken mixture.
  4. Layer shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  8. Optional: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
