Description
Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a delicious, spicy meal perfect for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Take one tortilla and spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center.
- On top of the ranch, add a generous scoop of the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Layer shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Optional: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
