- 500g ground beef
- 400g broccoli
- 200g cream cheese
- 100g grated cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli for about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce the heat, then stir in cream cheese until well combined and melted.
- In a baking dish, layer the blanched broccoli and the beef mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add herbs such as thyme or oregano.
- If you prefer a spicier dish, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes.
