- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 large egg
- Optional: garlic powder, herbs for flavor
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a flat circle or oval.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place one naan on the skillet.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough, adding more butter to the skillet if desired.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips or curries.

- Keep the naan warm in a towel while you cook the rest.
