Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • Optional: garlic powder, herbs for flavor

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a flat circle or oval.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place one naan on the skillet.
  7. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  8. Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough, adding more butter to the skillet if desired.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dips or curries.
