- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the coated shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce. Stir until well blended.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, remove them from the heat and toss them in the sauce until well coated.
